Designed by our engineers, the wine cabinet body is made from several layers of thermal insulation material and moisture-resistant plywood, offering the following advantages:

Excellent cold preservation:

The materials have high thermal and vapor insulation properties. The 3.15 inch insulation layer allows the cabinets to maintain a greater temperature difference than necessary for wine storage.

Prevents condensation formation

The design of USA Moscato STATUS cabinets minimizes the risk of condensation formation due to the absence of cold bridges.

Ease of assembly and installation

The cabinets are pre-assembled at the factory and undergo strict quality control. This allows for identifying and eliminating any defects before delivery to the client. Detailed assembly instructions make this process easy and convenient.

Ease of decorating facades

The body of USA Moscato STATUS cabinets is clad with moisture-resistant plywood both inside and outside, to which any material (metal, wood, tile, etc.) can be easily attached with glue or hidden screws.

This feature provides our clients with great advantages in integrating cabinets into the interior. Clients can also order a set of ready-made facades from us.

Single-chamber double-glazed unit (1)

The doors are made using a single-chamber double-glazed unit, retaining cold inside the cabinet and protecting the glass from condensation in a closed cabinet.

UV protection (2)

Double-glazed units have excellent sun protection properties, ensuring ideal wine storage conditions.

Magnetic seals (3)

The doors are equipped with magnetic sealing gaskets, ensuring easy opening and closing, and effective cold retention inside the wine cabinet.

Thin door profile (4)

The door profile, only 1.89 inches thick, is barely noticeable and gives the structure lightness and elegance.

Finish (5)

A unique technology developed by USA Moscato allows integrating the finish into the door profile. This can be wood/metal/surface painted in any color of the RAL palette.

Built-in LED lighting (6)

Integrated into the door profile, the lighting beautifully showcases your wine collection, highlighting its beauty and sophistication. LED lighting is safe for wine.

The STATUS collection is the result of meticulous engineering by USA Moscato, specializing in the manufacture of wine storage equipment.

Temperature mode

Temperature inside the wine cabinet is distributed using fans from the refrigeration unit located at the top of the cabinet. The temperature inside can be regulated between 53.6°F to 60.8°F, optimal for long-term wine storage.

Low noise level

The refrigeration unit installed in the cabinets operates at a low noise level. At a distance of 5 feet from the wine cabinet, the noise level is about 40 decibels.

Lighting

Cabinets can be equipped with two types of LED lighting:
Standard. MODERN wine shelves have built-in LED lighting for two rows of shelves as standard. Additional shelf lighting can be optionally ordered.
Additional. Installed on request in other shelves and/or door profile. Internal LED lighting can be turned on and adjusted in power using a remote control, intentionally soft to make the labels on the lower shelves clearly visible without harsh light on the bottles.
Clients can choose between cool or warm color LED lamps.

All USA Moscato STATUS cabinet models can be equipped with a remote refrigeration unit (split system) upon customer request.

Cabinet finish

Cabinets can be supplied "unfinished" for integration into existing furniture or "finished." Finish materials include wood veneer, aluminum front, painted according to RAL catalog, bronze, and stainless steel.
The door frame material is anodized black aluminum. The door lining color can be chosen from the offered options or custom ordered.
